Rebranding: Logo, Packaging, and Identity

Intro:

Almost 50 years ago, the founders of the company California Giant started selling strawberries from their old pickup truck. Today it is a confident brand with a lot of production space and deserved recognizability.

Task:

Often, companies are opened by ordinary people who do not have the budget for creating a basic logo or visual identification. Later, the business is gaining momentum, the company turns into a giant corporation and needs an even more tight budget for restyling.

Idea:

I decided to take the initiative and develop a new logo and packaging for my favorite berries brand. I was inspired by the history of the company and therefore, I chose a pickup as a basket for a plastic container. A simple solution that immediately catches the eye and most importantly attracts children’s interest.
